Zenshin Event 26 will take place in September 2026 in Vejle and marks the next chapter in the long-standing collaboration between Denmark and Japan. The summit brings together participants from culture, education, and business for a full week of activities celebrating innovation, creativity, and cross-cultural exchange.

This year’s program will consist of two main tracks – Culture and Business.

The cultural program will include extended Japan workshops for schools, focusing on Japanese art forms such as calligraphy, theatre, and film, as well as joint cultural events and performances in Vejle.

The business program will focus on themes such as welfare technology and quality of life, as well as the city of the future, exploring how Denmark and Japan can collaborate to create sustainable, human-centered solutions for the future.

Technology plays a crucial role in how people live and work. With the theme Enhancing Life with Technology, Zenshin Event 2026 focuses on how technology, as a unified tool, can create real value for people, businesses, and society.

A central part of the event is the collaboration between Denmark and Japan, two nations that share a strong focus on quality, responsible innovation, and the practical application of technology.
